SUPER Buffalo Chicken Dip
Who says buffalo sauce is just for wings? Your family and friends won’t be able to resist this super delicious, super addictive snack at your next get-together. This spicy and crunchy dish using Shearer’s Restaurant Style Tortillas is perfect for the big game or a movie night with the family.

1 chicken breast 3/4 cup buffalo sauce 1 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained 1/3 cup celery, chopped 1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles 1/2 cup crushed Shearer’s Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On the stovetop, add chicken breast, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and chicken stock to a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium/low heat until chicken is cooked through and tender and most of the moisture is evaporated.
- In a medium sized casserole dish, toss chicken mixture with remaining ¼ cup buffalo sauce, black beans, celery and Monterey Jack cheese. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and crushed tortilla chips on top.
- Bake until cheese is fully melted for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with Shearer’s Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips.
