IT Support Technician

Position Summary:

This position is directly responsible for all office and shop floor IT assets.  This includes, but is not limited to User Account Management, Hardware/Software Asset Management, and Software Deployment while ensuring IT assets are well maintained.  This position will also coordinate annual hardware roll-outs and software deployment, along with break/fix support for all workstation hardware/software.  This position requires an on-call rotating assignment for production critical after-hours issues.

Skills Required:

  • 1+ Years of hands on experience in a Windows Workstation/Server environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to excellence, continuously looks for improvements, finds root cause of problems, owns/acts on problems
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocol and related hardware
  • XenApp Administration
  • Office 365 Administration a plus
  • Thermal printer knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical/Problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
  • Strong documentation skills
