Chicken Nachos

Shearer’s Margarita Lime Tortilla Chips are already pretty extraordinary on their own. Add chicken, cheese and salsa and you’ve got a remarkable dish that is easy to prepare and sure to disappear fast.

    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 cup Chucky salsa
    2 cans Premium chunk chicken (5 oz. each), drained
    Shearer's Margarita Lime Tortilla Chips
    Chopped tomato
    Sliced green onions
    sliced pitted ripe olives


    1. Mix soup, salsa and chicken in sauce pan and heat through.
    2. Pour over Shearer's Margarita Lime Tortilla Chips.
    3. Top with tomato, green onions and olives.
    4. If desired, warm tortilla chips in microwave. Divide between 2 microwave-safe plates and microwave one at a time on high for one minute.
