Mexican Cheesy-Pleasy Dip
Here's a dip with a Mexican kick of spiciness and attitude, our Cheesy-Pleasy Dip pleases even more with the accompaniment of Restaurant Style Tangos Tortilla Chips. Made with ground white corn and vegetable oil, these chips offer a lighter taste and a tender bite. With zero grams of trans fat, you can enjoy the Mexican restaurant experience guilt-free from the comfort of your own home.
Ingredients
1 carton (24oz) low-fat, small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat Greek Yogurt
1 cup shredded Mexican Four Cheese Blend (you can also substitute in fat-free shredded cheddar cheese)
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 small jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh, minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 Tablespoons French Onion Dip Mix
Directions
In a large bowl or with an electric mixer, combine all ingredients. Mix gently until dip is smooth. For best results, refrigerate at least one hour before serving, preferably overnight. Serve chilled dip with Restaurant Style Tangos.
